Entropy-Based Comprehensive Evaluation on Science and Technology Strength in North China

摘要：

In this article an evaluation index system of science and technology strength in North China has been set up concerning the problem of S & T strength evaluation．In the system,the entropy weight of the evaluation indcxes is decided objectively on the basis of entropy weight method．A comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight is established to evaluate comprehensively the S and T strength of 15 provinces and cities in north China and to make a comparison and analysis on each city’s comprehensive S and T strength and the S and T strength of different levels．
