On the Index System for Innovational City Evaluation

摘要：

The construction of innovational city is essential for urban economic development in knowledge-based economy era．And the index system is required to evaluate urban innovation capability．Based on the analysis on definition of innovational city and design principles of index system,this paper establish an index system that including three-level indicators．The indicators in level-1 are respectively innovation environment,innovation ability and innovation performance；there arc 13 level-2 indicators such as infrastructure，innovation investment,human capital，ete．；moreover,44 level-3 indicators are selected to investigate innovational city in detail．
