Study on Industrial and Commercial Heritage Protection in Fast Urbanization Development in China

摘要：

Industrial and commercial heritage is the important symbol of city,the protection of industrial and commercial heritage is challenged by urban development,fund shortage．The heritages should not be damaged or destroyed in the process of urbanization．The concept of‘the industrial and commercial heritage is significant resource and the government leading，social entity participating mechanism’should be built up．The local governments should introduce the flexible money raising system for heritage protection and selective protection method．
