Urban Operation and Urban Management Innovation Research

摘要：

In view of China urban operation and urban management is a widespread problem,we put forward a urban management approach to urban planning，urban construction,urban management．We believe that urban management cart not be divorced from urban planning，construction,management and operation alone，nor can urban management and urban planning，urban construction,urban management be tied together．Urban management is not tools and procedures which are independent of the planning,construction,but a philosophy,an ideology，a model，infiltration and runs through the whole process of urban planning，construction and management．Urban management should follow the principle of competition mechanism,market-oriented operation principle，look the urban as a resource，through the market mode of operation of the urban resources to conduct the operation and management．
