The Constitution of RIS in Jinan Economic Circle

摘要：

The development of manufacturing industry iS the backbone in Jinan Economic Circle．With the changes in market environment，the manufacturing industries have suffered from tough obstacles，and how Can they break through the difficulties is the focus we have concerned．This thesis proposes that setting up the Regional Innovation System is one of the effective ways for the manufacturing industries in Jinan Economic Circle．In the process of building the RIS，we apply the positive research method to analyze the present situation the manufacturing industries have to face，and then the normative research method is also employed to demonstrate how the different innovation institutions cooperate and coordinate to carry on the integrated innovation．
