The Analysis of the Efficiency on Shanghai Urban Infrastructure Substantial Development

摘要：

This paper mainly studied the Substantial Development Efficiency(SDE for brief)of Shanghai urban infrastructure．First,the concept of SDE of urban infrastructure was put forward and the statistical method DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)was introduced mainly on the input-output efficiency evaluation of urban infrastructure．Second,DEA was applied to analyze the quantitative data of SDE during the time of 1996 to 2004，based on which the SDE index system of Shanghai urban infrastructure was constructed．The conclusion was drawn that the relative efficiency of substantial development on Shanghai urban infrastructure is optimal.
