A Research on the Pattern and Countermeasure of SMEs Clusters in Liaoning

摘要：

Small and medium enterprises(SMEs)are becoming an important power in the process of the revitalization of Liaoning．Developing SMEs clusters is of great both theoretical and practical significance for accelerating the revitalization of Liaoning．This thesis begins with the analysis of the clusters and the SMEs competitive advantage，and goes deep in the strategic option of SMEs cluster in Liaoning．
