Evaluation Index System and Evaluation Method of Sustainable Development of Regional Economy

摘要：

The theory of sustainable development is applied to regional economy and an opened and evolutionary evaluation index system of sustainable development of regional economy is established,which has a framework including a core and four different levels，especially the 2nd-level index includes six indexes such as natural resources，human resources，science and technology,ecological environment,society and economy．Then the comprehensive evaluation method of the index system is put forward,which combines membership functions，analytic hierarchy process and weighted averaging operator．
