3-cm Band Pole Transformation Switch with 70kW Peak Power

摘要：

In this paper, we mainly described a polarized transformation switch which can subjected to 70kW peak power and 100W average power. And switch time is 1.5 us. The switch can be used of polarized transformation on 3cm weather radar The isolation between this 2 kinds pole wave can reach 40dB and the forward insertion loss is less than 0.6dB.
