Study on Magnetic Properties of Co2Z Hexagonal Ferrite with Srz+ and Rare Earth Doping
Sr-doped and rare earth doped Co2Z hexagonal ferrites were prepared by the conventional ceramic process. The results indicated that the Snoeks product of ferrites was changed when Ba2+ was substituted by Sr2+ partially (3(Ba1-xSrxO) 2COO-10.8Fe2O3). When x=0.4, the Shocks product of Sr2+ doped samples reached its peak value 30.8. In the study of composite doped sample, the initial permeability and resonance frequency were tunable. At 2GHz, the composite doped samples the real and imaginary parts of the permeability were 10.6 and 12.6.
