Wide Temperature Range Material for LAN Application with High Field Strength
Nowadays, in the field of electronics, equipments have been required to be made smaller in size,smaller in thickness and improved in performance. The excellent characteristic of new material could meet the high field strength requirement and reduce the core size. Improved ferrite material was subjected to use in wideband LAN transformers with high field strength in a wide temperature range from -40℃ to 85℃. Since the new material would maintain high inductance in high field strength. Compared the new material with conventional material, the new material indicating above 20％ residual permeability was higher than conventional one, especially at-40℃ and 85℃.
