Electrical and Magnetic Properties of (1-x) (Ni0.21Zn0.66Cu0.13)Fe2O4+x CaCu3Ti4O12 Composite Material

(1-x) (Ni0.21Zn0.66Cu0.13)Fe2O4+x CaCu3Ti4O12 (NZCF-CCT) composites has been prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method. Crystalline structures and microstructures are examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronic microscopy, respectively. The XRD results show the presence of both ferrite and dielectric phases without any impurity peaks. Dielectric and magnetic properties have been investigated in the frequency range of 100Hz-1MHz. It has been found that the electrical and magnetic properties of the composite materials exhibited a strong dependence on the content of CCT. The hysteresis measurements are done to determine saturation magnetization and the variation of saturation magnetization is interpreted in terms of composition.
