Study on Temperature Properties of CuZnTi Ferrite with Sm3+ Doping
Hyperthermia is an effective cancer therapy, which has the same significant level as operation,chemotherapy and radiotherapy. CuZnTi ferrite is suitable for hyperthermia as thermogenesis medium, for its controlled Curie temperature (To), high permeability and high sensitivity. In order to augment its properties,Sm3+ doping were investigated in this dissertation. Results suggests that Tc could be controlled by changing the content of Zn and Ti, permeability could be improved by choosing proper sintering temperature and Sm doping, and sensitivity could be raised obviously by Sm doping.
