Effect of Ni, Mg, Cu Substitution on Magnetic Properties of Mn-Zn Ferrite

The effect of Ni2+, Mg2+, Cu2+ substitution on Magnetic properties of Mn-Zn ferrite were investigated. And the reason of different effects of each substitution on the magnetic properties was considered.By substituting ions of Mn-Zn ferrite to Ni,Cu or Mg ion, ferrites with increased Fe2O3 contents and with 100℃ of fixed Tbtm were obtained. The result shows that Bs of Ni, Mg substituted Mn-Zn ferrites were increased at 373K, at that time the effect of Mg substitution on Bs is small compared with that of Ni substitution. In comparison with the result for Ni, Mg substitution, Bs was decreased when ions of Mn-Zn ferrites were substituted by Cu ions.
