Preparation of High Performance Ferrite from MnZn Grinding Sludge

摘要：

High performance ferrite was prepared with MnZn grinding sludge as raw material in this study.Firstly MnZn co-precipitation powders were prepared through the process of leaching, purification and co-precipitation from MnZn grinding sludge, then the co-precipitation powder were made into high permeability ferrite and power ferrite through conventional process. The magnetic properties also demonstrated that the soft magnetic ferrite samples, which were made from MnZn grinding sludge, had the same qualities as TS 10 and TP4 made by the TDG Company.
