Commercial Manufacturing of High Performance Injection Molding Bonded Permanent Ferrite Materials

摘要：

The bonded permanent magnet materials for commercial manufacture were prepared with injection molding processing from Sr-ferrite powder with nylon 12 resin. The maximum magnetic energy product of 2.3 MGOe (18.3 kJ/m3) was obtained to optimize the material selection and fabrication processing. It was found that ferrite powders are determinant factors for high performance bonded magnets. It was also important to add other additives such as coupling agents, lubricants and so on to improve flow ability and degree of orientation.
