Since 1980,mulfilayer chip inductor products have been used for applications in each industry which are automobile,seller phone,PC,flat panel TV,and another many markets,Especially mobile phone is one of major market for us to supply our components.It becomes more convenient multimedia device and has many varieties of functions including camera,GPS navigation,digital money,digital interface,TV,and so on.Therefore it has been more complicated and dense structure inside of it.Thus market needs for down sizing are expected to be rise in future.The size is getting smaller year by year actually.Now our advanced model of chip beads reaches 0402 case size released in 2004 first in the world.This trend is going on every kind of our components including chip beads arrays and 3-terminal filter arrays.This paper describes the technology for component’s down-sizing.
