A virtual reality platform for environmental accident on the sudden chemical pollutants

This platform is based on computer simulation,by utilizing mathematical modeling and visual playback to generate local real time imitation for constructing an environmental impact assessment(EIA)against the accident of the sudden chemical pollutants.The emerging source is characterized for its instantaneous intensity,duration time and dissipation rate.Plug flow relocation and distribution conditions can be controlled by the hydrological and meteorological factors,and the advection,dispcrsion and dissipation of the chemical pollutants are monitoted by“indicatorson the platform.Setting up calculation time step and implementing graphic interface orderly update can draft a dynamic environmental diagram based on GIS base map.The one-dimensional,two-dimensional river pollutants density map and the density contour plot on the geographic base map of atmosphere dispersion model can map out the virtual reality.By adjusting the platform components,presenting the plane and the height by three dimensional coordinates.The eontrol point’S random positioning on the base map can be realized and the time venus density function map at this exact point can be obtained as well.Benefit from its simplicity.Promptness and friendly user interface,this virtual reality platform root from EIA mathematical modeling technically grounds for tmprovmg response capacity against environmental emergencles
