Study on photocatalytic degradation of dyeing wastewater by RuO2/TiO2
RuO2/TiO2 coupled semiconductor nanopowder was prepared by sol-gel-immersion process.XRD、TEM tests showed that the average particle size is of 10 to 20 nm.and the TiO2phase structure is mainly anatase phase;Being a model reaction.the photocatalytic degradation of direct fast black G and direct reddish brown M in RuO2/TiO2 powder suspension irradiated by mercury lamp was investigated.As results,Doping RuO2 could improve TiO2 photocatalytic activity prominently,when RuO2 doping amount of 0.1%(mass percentage).the catalytic activity identified the best conditions in this study.The actual dyeing wastewater could completely mineralization within 120 min degradation under the optimum states.
