A SWOT Analysis of m-Learning Diffusion in China and Taiwan

摘要：

With the rapid advancement of wireless andmobile technology, the scope of e-Learning hasextended to that of mobile and ubiquitouslearning. Despite many unique advantages inlearning support and wide adoption, its diffusionin higher education was rarely explored. Thisstudy took a SWOT analysis approach andsurveyed factors that support and hinder thediffusion of m-Learning in China and Taiwanareas. The result indicates that m-Learning hasgreat opportunities as well as threats.
