A Comprehensive Information based Variable-size Model for Intelligent Tutoring Systems
To implement intelligent macro-level learningarrangement in intelligent tutoring systems, avariable-size model of control architecture wasproposed based on comprehensive informationtheory(CIT), which describes an consolidatedinformation model of pragmatic, semantic andgrammatical information. The three aspects in CITcorrespond orderly to the learning arrangement level,content interaction level and form level in ourvariable-size model An intelligent tutoring system was then implemented. The evaluation of our test among 14students shows that the system has sufficientintelligence in adapting the holistic learning process.
