Tablet PC to Support Collaborative Learning:An Empirical Study of English Vocabulary Learning
Compared to typing, ink can be more expressive ofimportant ideas. Hand-drawn sketch is likely moreexpressive of the key concepts one wishes tocommunicate than a neat, chiseled presentation would have been1.The aim of this study is to deploy computer supported collaborative learning scenario by means of using Tablet PC with Group Scribbles (GS), a collection of software designed to facilitate students engaging in collaborative learning in English vocabulary activities. The outcomes after the completion of lerning activities showed this Tablet PC enhanced instructional design indeed arouses students motivations and improves students mutual interactions.
