Computer Supported Ubiquitous Learning:Augmenting Learning Experiences in the Real World
This paper describes the design and the use ofcomputer supported ubiquitous learning environments.First, this paper mentions context-aware language-learning support systems for learning vocabularies,mimicry and onomatopoeia, polite expressions, andconversational expressions by leveraging PDA, GPS,RFID tags and sensor networks. Second, it describes aweb-based video repository for sharing and retrievinglearning experiences. This system was used in thescenarios of computer hardware assembling andcooking. Finally, the paper is ended with thediscussions and future works.
