Microcomputer Application on Testing System in Food Palatable Strength

摘要：

In view of the requirement of food quality test we put forward food palatable strength testing system.According to mechanic principle of tooth chew food, data acquisition system and PC software platform were designed. The system accomplished date storage, calculate and processing.
