Funding Resources for Clean Development Mechanism-On Tactics of Potential New Energy Innovation in Yunnan Province

摘要：

Kyoto Protocol has established a mechanism named Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) to achieve the goal of controlling greenhouse gas emission. Being as a new financing mechanism, CDM not only helps developed countries attain the obligation of limiting and reducing emission of greenhouse gas at the minimum cost. It also provides financing methods for developing countries at the same time.According to financing ways of CDM projects and taking Yunnan province as an example, this paper analyzes financing potential of new energy developing field in less developed districts.
