Analysis on Misalignment of Financing Situation between Metropolitan and Rural Areas in China

摘要：

This paper illustrate that the fall behind of agriculture in initial stage is the reason for the existence of binary structure between city and countryside at first. Then put forward the point of view that there is some relationship between the economy and finance in rural area, and perfecting the rural finance is the way to deal with binary structure. At last, there are some proper ways to work out the issue of rural finance deepening.
