Establishing Prime System of Financial Management in Rural Enterprise

Establishing the new village is a new economic increasing point in development of the nation.Developing and strengthen of the rural enterprises is topic to the future of the establishing the new village. Management is more important than technology when they act as vital poles in the existing rural enterprise. As the core of management in the enterprise, financial management is more important.However, most researches to financial management are still based on single theory and many hypotheses because of limitation of science development. A modern complete, systemic and actual financial management system is hard to establish. From financial management should be matched with enterprise strategy and maximized enterprise value, a financial model has been created. What a high efficient financial management system should include prime strategy, prime method and prime inner system has been presented. How to establish the high efficient system has been signed. All above would bring some benefits to the modern enterprise.
