摘要：

This paper makes discussion on administration over migrant rural workers and their interest protection from organizational point of view-to build up migrant rural workers union could supply powerful support to solving problems of peasant workers suffering interest injury, helping migrants obtain equipollence at gaming with enterprises. Migrants union should have its own characteristics rather than copy city labor unions traditional operational mode. Union direct voted + union in projectis the comparatively ideal choice in reality. Migrants union should not satisfy only at its founding or building up. Its operation and development requires relevant parts courage and boldness to harden up the union.
