Study on Safety Risk and Comprehensive Evaluation of Railway Maintenance Department

摘要：

Therere higher demands to safety of railway maintenance department with continuously improvement of the heavy-load of railway freight transport and the spead-up of railway passenger transport. The safety risk of the railway maintenance department, such as team, workshop and segment, should be understood and controlled thoroughly and systematically. Its essential to make comprehensive ev.aluation for the safety situation to confirm the safety production of every department. According to the on-site investigation, safety characteristics and stipulations of the maintenance department, this paper presents three-dimensional risk analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation technology to the railway maintenance department with the view of systematic theory and the method of fuzzy mathematics. This method has been proved to be effective by safety evaluation of a real railway workshop.
