The Quantitative Analysis SWOT Model of Regional Logistics Industries and the Logistics Industries Strategy of Xian City
The Quantitative SWOT Model of regional logistics industries was established in the paper.Firstly,the index system and the weights were set up based on the analytical hierarchy process (AHP).Secondly,the strengths,the weaknesses,the opportunities and the threats of regional logistics industries were evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then,the SWOT matrix was listed.The Logistics Industries strategy of Xian City was presented based on the model.It will be the references to development of the Logistics Industries of Xian.
