There are many ideas and methods for analysing the competitive advantages of industry,the paper quotes Porter diamond model to analyse the competitive advantages of the transport industry in Wengniute County in Inner Mongolia,builds algorithm model which matches Porter diamond model to analyse and process research data effectively.Then the paper comprehensively and objectively analyses the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the transport industry in Wengniute Country.
