Innovation Strategy of Human Resource Management for Industrial Base Construction

In the era of knowledge economy,human resource has become the most precious resource in the economy development.To meet the increasing challenges of industrial base construction,innovation of human resource management is very necessary.Taking the Jiaodong peninsula manufacturing industry base as research object,human resource management in industrial base construction is studied in this paper.Base on the status analysis of human resource in Jiaodong peninsula,some innovation strategies such as reforming education and training pattern,creating flexible policies for talent introduction,establishing scientific evaluation and stimulation mechanism,building a uniform talent market and constructing life-long learning system are provided to promote sustainable and healthy development of industrial base.
