Research on Affecting Factors of Intellectual Womens Job Search

摘要：

This study empirically examined the motives and influential factors in the process of intellectual womenjob search.On the basis of the existing research,the paper expounded these variables such as organizational commitment,work value which can influence intellectual womens career development.Research framework and hypotheses were set up by combining these variables with intellectual womens career development.
