Establish Evaluation System for Enterprise Technological Innovation in Industrial Cluster

摘要：

With the development of socio-economic,the competitive of regional economic is reflected by the competitive advantage of industrial clusters.Technological innovation plays an important role in promoting the development of industrial clusters.So it is necessary to evaluate the capability of enterprise technological innovation.The paper divided the capability indictor of enterprise technological innovation into 5 first-level indexes and 23 second-level indexes; constructed the evaluation system for capability of enterprise technological innovation,and described how to use fuzzy eompreheusive evaluation method to evaluate the capability of enterprise technological innovation.
