Research of Enterprise Financial Affairs Strength and Sustainable Development Strategy

摘要：

In order to evaluate availability enterprise financial affairs strength and enact management strategy of enterprise sustainable development,on the basis of determining a evaluating system of enterprise financial affairs strength the paper determines factorial analysis model of paying debts ability,operating ability,gaining ability and growth ability．By computing factorial score the paper realizes comprehensive evaluation of enterprise financial affairs strength．At the same time the paper establishes strategic decision chart of enterprise financial affairs strength-sustainable development according to the Matrix chart of competitive edge-path quantity of acquisition competitive edge introduced by BCG,it will provide scenic reference forp rogramming management strategy．
