On the Constitution of Risk Management System of Chinese Enterprises Overseas M&A

摘要：

The origin of Chinese enterprises overseas M&A can be divided as follows：the inside of the enterprises；domestic environment；overseas environment．Chinese enterprises establish the M&A risk management system focusing on these risks in order to reduce their negative impact．The M&A risk management system is a man-machine system that uses computer software and hardware to manage the M＆A risks．which can provide information and help enterprises to make decisions in M&A.It includes the risk managemnt plan system,risk management organizational system,risk management guide system and system maintenance，all of which provides reasonable method to achieve the overall target of risk management.
