Studying on the Influencing Factors and Tactics of Regional Industrial Cluster Upgrading in China:In Terms of Global Value Chain

摘要：

To most of Chinese regional industrial clusters located at the low-end of the global value chain,the increase of competitiveness is derived from climbing along the chain.However,this is not a natural process．They will probably encounter anti-upgrading by the other firms in the global industrial network．This article analyzes the main factors influencing mdustrial cluster upgrading by investigating business experience from the perspective of the global value chain.It sums up two factors influencing the upgrading，the embedding method and the governing mode．Tactics will be provided for both firms and governments aimed at industrial upgrading．
