Farmers Expectation Analysis on Fee Paying Agriculture Information in Hebei Province

摘要：

This paper takes investigated data of 186 farmer households of professional cooperatives in Province of Hebei as basis, making empirical analysis on the farmers payment wish to agricultural information and its affecting factors by Logit model.The research indicates that farmers payment wish to agricultural information is affected by many factors such as farmers education degree, the proportion of rural labor to total labor, farmers risk-bearing ability to agricultural information, per capita income of farmer household and so on. Owing to this, the paper puts forward the relevant policy suggestions such as increasing the investment of rural elementary education, strengthening the construction of basic information service organization etc.
