The Study on Soil Water Resource Conception and its Evaluation Method

摘要：

The rationality and necessity of soil water resource research were discussed. The conception of soil water resource was re-defined on the basis of the eco-environment and agricultural utilization from viewpoint of water cycle and soil water characteristics. The evaluation method of soil water resource was given in the paper. So as a main part of whole water resources, soil water resource is a key water source for agriculture and has a great potential. It is a strategic and significant to make full use of soil water resource in dry or semidry area.
