Preliminary Study on the Soil Water Resources Carrying Capacity Based on the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation
The conception of the soil water resources carrying capacity is brought forward. Take Hebei Province for example, at present, soil water resources in Hebei Province have been divided into 8 soil water subdivisions, and we select east of Handan Area (including 7 counties) in Haihe river fluvial plain subdivision as an object in the process of preliminary studying on the soil water resources carrying capacity. The method of the fuzzy synthetic evaluation is used to analyze the soil water carrying capacity in the seven counties in present level (2002) and the planning level (2020). The result shows: In present level and the planning level, there are exploiting potential of soil water resources in east of Handan Area, and compared with present level, except Guantao County, the carrying capacity will increase in planning level along with the improvement of saving water technology and saving water consciousness in agriculture development.
