Analysis of Guarantee Degree of Irrigation Water on Grain Production in West Semiarid Region in Heilongjiang Province

摘要：

Irrigation water became the limiting factor to the persistent improvement of grain production.Taking Gan Nan in the west semiarid region in Heilongjiang for example, the actuality of development and utilization of water resources was analyzed. According to the actual situation of agricultural irrigation and grain production, the analyzing model of guarantee degree of agricultural irrigation resources was built to forecast the degree. The results showed that the region is semiarid region, but the guarantee degree was I degree and irrigation resources can meet the demand of agricultural water.
