On Safety Threshold of Water Resources in Agriculture Production-Survey from Ganan County, Western Heilongjiang Province

摘要：

Water is important resources of holding agricultural production and guarantying food security. This paper studies (1) Safety threshold of water resources in agricultural production;(2)The calculable step of the safety threshold of water resource;(3) Taking the case of Ganan County to calculate.It is helpful to grasp agricultural water requirement and reasonable utilization of water resources from macroscopic to guarantee food production water.
