Why Okuns Law Misinterpret Economic Phenomenon in Jilin Province?

摘要：

Okuns Law is statistics between unemployment rate and the actual output growth in a country and district,but it departs from China.Based on empirical analysis of the actual output and unemployment rate,this article verifies that it is the same with Jilin Province,and then it analyzes the reasons for its emergence and puts forward the strategies for decreasing unemployment rate.
