Comprehensive Evaluation of Real Estate Investment Environment Based on Fuzzy Group Criteria

Based on the trapezoid fuzzy mathematics theory,a multi-objective multi-criteria multi -hierarchy group criteria fuzzy appraisal model for real estate investment environment is established.It realizes the organic combination of criteria that belong to the investors,the experts and the customers so as to enhance the credibility of evaluation result.Importance contrast judgment matrix of evaluation indexes and the evaluation values of real estate investment environments are constructed with the trapezoid fuzzy numbers in order to highlight the fuzziness of peoples subjective judgment in the transformation process from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis.Finally,group appraisal fuzzy numbers are processed to obtain the sorting of investment environments.An example is provided to demonstrate the feasibility and availability of this method.
