Study on Quality Control Technologies of Manufacturing Processes

摘要：

Statistical Process Control(SPC) and Engineering Process Control(EPC) are integrated to monitor and adjust processes in this paper.In the integrative model,SPC module uses combined Double Sampling Mean-Standard Deviation(DS M-SD) control chart to monitor the process;when abnormity detected,Fuzzy Quality Diagnosis(FQD) Module automatically diagnoses the abnormity,thereafter gives some causes which result in the situation;then according to the diagnosis EPC module begins to compensate for the offset derived from the abnormity with the EWMA controller.
