On Simulation Model for Person - Organization Fit under Dynamic Process - Case Study from Coal Mining
The employee and organization fit is that coal enterprise human resource management core works,and can improve extremely the overall enterprise beneficial.Degree putting lower employee of development environment into practice and organizing the quality variable needing to simulate out an employee and coal enterprise function variable fit to change the trend real time fit with procedure and this both.Director quality and the variable organizing function has been described first,base on the cause and effect relation picture theory builds a model of employee and organization matching.Making use of the machine burden and the cost of employee changing quality tolerance designed the filter simulating the follow-up branch,to remove different behavior in conversion process and prevent combination from exploding.Design the employee and organization mate approaches calculation function ,to appraise the rationality employee work process;finally it designed the simulating determining step the simulation,giving an example of a coal enterprise employees and organizing matching applies ,the result indicates that the methods designed match the dynamic process simulation model of person-organization fit in the coal enterprise.
