Assessment of Technology Value Based on Unascertained Measurement Model

摘要：

Addressing the lack of quantitative management on technology management,it is established the conception of technology value as well as the evaluation method.From the technology value perspective,it is using the unascertained measurement model to deal with uncertainty information to evaluate the value of each technology for existence and development of enterprise by obtaining the score,classification of every research object and the ranking of them.According to the evaluation result,the corresponding management measures are proposed for the enterprise,which is the basis of formulation the technical strategy.
