Evaluate Enterprise Intellectual Property Capital Based on USE System and AHM Model

摘要：

Intellectual capital is enterprise core capital.It contains four factors: human capital,intellectual property capital,infrastructure capital and market capital.Based on the four factors,the paper establishes an evaluation index system of intellectual capital which is composed of 4 first level indexes and 21 secondary indexes.Unascertained synthetic evaluation (USE) system is described and applied to the evaluation of intellectual capital and 4 first level indexes.Improved analytic hierarchy model (AHM) is used to determine the weights of 4 first level indexes.Two methods to construct unascertained measure function are given.The paper can not only evaluate the intellectual capital,but also identify the main factors that affect enterprise intellectual capital.That is to say,it is with diagnostic function.Finally,an enterprise example is given to exemplify the whole evaluation process.
