The System Design about Performance Management based on BSC

摘要：

Balanced Scorecard(BSC) is the strategy of performance management system of combining enterprise performance management and corporate strategy.lt completely measures enterprise performance from the financial and non-financial perspective.Based on the current performance management and the Balanced Scorecard theory research and a large number of related cases,we use the BSC to establish the new performance management recycling system.This new performance management system combines with enterprise strategic prospect.So that enterprises are not only concerned about the current enterprise performance,but also maintained a long-lasting,strong competitive ability.
