The Integrated Application of DEA and FST in Self-assessment

This research proposes an evaluation model that integrates the fuzzy set theory (FST) and the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to develop a fiizzy DEA model used in organizations self-assessment.Using the proposed model,assessors can measure,assess organizational performance and further diagnose organizational strength and key improving areas.The methods presented in this paper provide a new way to evaluate and improve organizations performance.
